烹然心动

懒，真懒，真的，懒得没有一张步骤图…懒得只有一张成品图…呵呵，凑合着看吧，表怪俺~就这张图，还是从家人的筷子里夺下来匆匆拍的~

简单说下做法（其实做法本来就很简单）~：银鳕鱼一块约250克。银鳕鱼的两面撒上盐和黑胡椒粉稍腌片刻~然后在鱼身的两面粘少许面粉。平底锅烧热倒入油，将银鳕鱼的两面分别煎黄煎熟后取出盛盘。另准备一大匙的黄油，1大匙柠檬汁和少许糖，锅内烧热后浇在鱼身上即可；） 简单吧，呵呵~~

今天的背景音乐是Rod Stewart 和 Queen Latifah 合唱的 As time goes by..这可真真是首老歌了，如果没说错的话最早应该是出现在1930年代的《卡萨布兰卡》里的插曲，将近百年了~但依旧是那么动人…… 不多废话了，听吧！~
